    I loved this place but unfortunately it seems the quality is going down. My last two experiences haven’t been good. First time a waiter forgot half our food and we keep having to ask until eventually we just decided to go without. Today I ordered carry out and the containers were half the normal size, the only put 5 of the chips in each bag (normally full bags) and not enough dressing for all the food. When I brought it to his attention I had to pay extra for more. So basically I’ve spent double the money for half the food I normally receive.

    The food is average. The staff is terribly rude. I’ve been there on two occasions. The first time I witnessed the staff being rude to a different customer, granted this gentleman was being a bit indecisive about his carry out order. The waitress tried to pressure him into keeping a part of his order, then the manager or owner I assume came out from the back and was raising his voice at the guy. The next time I came in to place a carry out order. I was standing there for 10 minutes and the same waitress from before looked at me multiple times, rang other customers up but never acknowledged me or said “I’ll be right with you.” Or anything. I finally just walked out without ordering. I’ll never go here again.

    Great place for noodles. Service is decent. Broth is amazing. That broth. Nice. The value is outstanding. Low prices for great options. Funny name.

    My husband and I waited for our food for almost an hr. They didn't even bother to come and check up on us. We had to wave them down. We never went back. The pho isn't that great compare to pho tai which is down the street. It's also very uncomfortable because the waitress will just stand there looking at you eat. I ordered Bun Bo Hue and thought it was okay. It needed more seasoning. They also updated the restuarant.
